Through open trials, tournaments, club recommendations or direct registration — coordinated by the Academy Chief Scout.

Developed

Through the three-stage programme, with socio-theoretical, professional, tactical and fitness training for the elite team.

Exposed

At our own international talent-hunt championship, and through best-moment video clips sent to our foreign partners for recruitment assessment.

Placed

Trials at professional clubs in Europe — and, for students who pass SSCE or NECO, higher education in Hungary, Romania, Portugal or Germany.
